The Air Conditioning Shop strives to undertake all our installations for the fully inclusive prices quoted within this advertisement.

However in some applications, the installation materials, labour time involved or equipment selection by the end user may require the need to raise additional charges.
In order to minimise this; The Air Conditioning Shop have devised a signature form below, in order to maintain fairness across our installations this also allows the client to see if there would be potential charges in advance of their payment to us.

Regrettably with the low prices quoted it is not possible to site survey every project in advance of payment, hence the requirement to read the documentation below.

Should we find on site that there is a likelihood of having to raise extra charges due to variations from the application and the form below, we endeavour to highlight these costs before the installation is started.

Should after such charges be brought to the attention of the customer and the order is to be cancelled, then a refund will be issued less restocking and administration fees.

Such fees are calculated at 20% of the full order value and shall be deducted from deposit payment received before the refund is issued.
